Collect Reviews is a feature that helps you automatically request feedback from customers via email. With it, you can:

• Set up automated review-request emails
• Track the status of each email (e.g. whether it’s been sent)
• Customize the email appearance and content
• Configure when the emails are sent
• Manage incentive discounts tied to reviews

🛠️ Key Features & Usage

1. Automating Email Requests

• You can specify the number of days after a purchase or event when the review-request email should be sent.
• Once a customer qualifies, the system sends the email automatically.
• In the interface, you’ll see the status for each request (sent, pending, failed, etc.).

2. Customizing the Email / Widget

You can personalize the look and feel of the review request:

• Upload your logo
• Choose fonts, colors, and styling
• Edit the email content (greeting, body text, call-to-action)
• Preview changes before saving them
