   1. Place your order and wait for your order confirmation. Knack automatically sends you a receipt and will introduce you via email to the artist if you select a pickup/drop-off.

   2. After placing your order, go to your buyers dashboard and click "received or marked as complete." This will complete the order and all should be well.
