2. Initial interview

We'll use the first interview to get to know each other. We'll talk about where we are right now and where we want to go and will ask you about your personal (long-term) goals, your experiences, your passions and your qualifications.

The initial interview may take between 30-60 minutes.

3. Assesment Task

After the initial interview, we will provide you with a small assessment task to learn more about how you aim to solve problems and how working together with you would look like.

The task should not take longer than a couple of hours.

4. Second interview

In the second interview, we'll discuss with you the results of your assessment taks. We'll also use the time to envision how working together would look like and try to find out together where your responsibilites would be and what a good first project could be.

Depending on the role we might ask for another meeting so we can get to know each other even better. If you can come to meet us at our office in Hannover, now is the time. You'll learn more about the team, our internal processes and we are looking forward to meeting you in person.
