Interruption grouping comes in handy if more detailed info is needed on why the machine was not working. E.g create a group Technical and add all technical reasons to this group. Interruptions can be analyzed by reason and by the group in GlobalReader Analytics environment.

How to add an interruption group?

Please follow the steps to add a new interruption group:

  1. Open the Interruption groups page in Advanced Device Setup section
  2. Click on 'Add new'
  3. Fill in the detail - name and choose which interruption reasons should be included to this group (if no reasons added just yet, then read How to add, edit, and inactivate interruption? and add the reasons to the group later).
  4. Click on 'Save'

How to edit an interruption group?

Please follow the steps to edit an interruption group:

  1. Open the Interruption groups page in Advanced Device Setup section
  2. Look up the group you want to edit
  3. Click on the name
  4. Edit dialog is opened
  5. Change details needed - name or add/remove interruption reasons to the group. TIP! Several reasons can be added with one go.
  6. Click on 'Save'

How to delete an interruption group?

When interruption group is no longer needed, then it can be simply removed from the system. The group is removed, but all the linked interruptions will remain and be without a group. Please follow the steps to remove a group:
