1. Background information:

During the last wellbeing meeting ("How to survive the proposal season?") we sketched out some ideas on how to improve the way we give and receive feedback and our internal communication, particularly regarding proposals. This working group is a continuation of that activity with the goal of turning the ideas into actionable steps and then implementing them.

Here are the ideas that emerged from the previous meeting:

• Clear guidelines around proposals discussion
• AMA for all proposals
• Constructive feedback only + Workshops
• Implement a new feedback system
• Error culture
• Separate individuals from ideas
• Proposals submitted to delegates and stakeholders before they hit the forum
• NVC as the official communication framework

Note: during that same debrief session on proposal season we also collected ideas on how to improve the technical aspects of proposal writing. This is not part of the agenda for the present discussion.
