The only two things you must have

  1. A project name — what the case study is called.
  2. Evidence of customer approval — see below.

Everything else is optional. If you can't answer something, leave it blank and the FGI team will follow up.

Customer approval (required). Every case study needs the customer's approval to be published. To keep it simple, just attach evidence in the form — any one of:

What makes a good case study

A real-world story of a government project, transformation, or implementation — the problem, what was done, and what changed. You don't need a polished write-up; if you have the facts, the FGI team can help draft and polish.

Helpful (but optional) details:

How to submit — 3 steps

  1. Open the form and sign in with your FGI account.
  2. Fill in the project name, attach your approval evidence, and complete whatever other fields you can.
  3. Click Submit. That's it — you'll see a confirmation, and the FGI team is notified automatically.

Do I need to pick a Community of Practice? No. Your submission goes into a central queue. If there's no relevant community yet, the FGI team will assign or create one during review.
