1. Important Guidelines Before Applying
- Do not fill out scholarship-related sections yourself. (Applications with errors will be rejected; complete personal information only)
- If a recommendation letter from your advisor, department head, or dean can be substituted for the president's seal, please contact relevant department first.
- Requests for the president's official seal require
in-person application only

- The official seal process takes
4 business days
to complete.
- Please apply well in advance of the scholarship foundation's deadline.
2. How to Request An Official Seal

※ If the documents are incomplete, you cannot request an official seal.

If you need the official seal of the dean or department head and a recommendation reason
- Prepare the necessary documents and contact the department administrative office.
- Please contact the department administrative office individually to confirm availability on the desired date.

If only the president's official seal is required
- Prepare the required documents (as specified above: documents specifying the scholarship selection criteria, documents to be submitted to the foundation (must be completed), and scholarship recommendation letter)
- Visit the Student Affairs Team on the 2nd floor of the 4.18 Memorial Hall.
※ Office hours: Weekdays (Mon-Fri) from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. (Lunch break: 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM)
※ If the documents are incomplete, the seal cannot be requested.
