How to Report Domestika and PayPal Unauthorized Charges

If you’ve been charged without authorization by Domestika, you have the right to report it. Here’s how to take action and make your voice heard.


🚨 Step 1: Report to the FTC (Federal Trade Commission)

The FTC protects consumers in the United States from scams and abusive practices.

🔗 Go to the FTC Complaint Assistant

Instructions:

  1. Click "Report Now."
  2. Choose “A business charged me for something I didn’t agree to.”
  3. Fill out the form:

Tip: Mention the amount charged, your attempt to dispute through PayPal, and that your refund request was denied.


🕵️‍♂️ Step 2: Report to IC3 (Internet Crime Complaint Center – FBI)

IC3 handles internet-based crimes like fraud and unauthorized transactions.

Instructions:

  1. Click "File a Complaint."

  2. Provide your personal information.

  3. In the “Description of Incident,” you can say:

    “I was charged [amount] USD by Domestika without prior consent or subscription agreement. Upon disputing via PayPal, my case was denied. Hundreds of users are reporting similar unauthorized charges across public platforms, indicating widespread fraud.”
