Onboarding Process:

1. Lender Login:
   • Start by directing the lender to the login page of your AICA portal.
   • The lender will need to enter their email address to proceed. Ensure this email is already registered with AICA as part of the lender setup.
2. OTP Verification:
   • Once the email is entered, an OTP (One-Time Password) will be sent to the lender’s email address.
   • Instruct the lender to check their email inbox (and spam folder, if necessary) for the OTP.
   • The lender should then enter this OTP on the login page to verify their identity and securely log in to the portal.
