The user creating custom fields has to be an administrator of the Jobvite instance.
This document provides step-by-step instructions on how to create custom fields in Jobvite. We are in contact with Jobvite about offering a fully automated solution. In the meantime it is required to create custom fields manually.
Next, create a new custom field by pressing Add Custom Field at the bottom left of your screen:

It is currently only possible to display one result link per candidate, in a single custom field. A more dynamic approach would currently require the manual creation of one custom field per test result attribute.
