1. Go to the general settings of your iPad.
  2. Go to the Bluetooth menu.
  3. If the Device is paired, it will show under My Devices and have a status of "Connected". The device is called "TM-M30II".
  4. If it shows a status of "Not Connected", simply tap on the device name to start connecting them.
  5. If the device will not connect, turn off your receipt printer, count to 3, then turn the receipt printer back on.
  6. Attempt to re-connect again.
