The Mark Complete option is available in the Status column within the Data Pending module.
This feature is used to track whether a specific data query or document request has been resolved by the borrower.

How it Functions:
- The Mark Complete status is shown for queries that are still pending and have not yet been addressed by the borrower.
- These are typically items where required information or documents have not been uploaded.
- Once the borrower uploads the relevant documents, the system automatically updates the query status to Completed.
- This automatic update usually happens within 30 to 120 seconds after the upload.
Manual Update Scenario:
- In rare cases, if the system does not automatically mark the query as completed even after document upload,
- The Recur business team has the option to manually update the status to Completed.
This ensures that all pending queries are properly tracked and closed in a timely manner.
