Membership benefits may refresh at different intervals, depending on how a business decides to set them up. Here are the benefit intervals available to businesses:

Daily

This benefit type replenishes on a daily basis, meaning you can redeem it from one day to the next, according to the instructions set by the participating business.

Monthly

Monthly benefits replenish on a monthly cycle, based on when the patron first purchases the membership. For example, if a benefit grants a patron four drinks per month, they may redeem those drinks as often as they wish, according to the instructions set by the participating business, for one month following their subscription purchase. At the end of those 30 days, the patron's benefits will replenish automatically.

<aside> 💡 Note: Benefits do not automatically roll over from previous periods. Businesses can choose whether or not to honor unused benefits by issuing extra benefits on a case-by-case basis in their Admin Area.

One-time

One-time benefits are generally reserved for physical merchandise (i.e. T-shirts, candles, mugs, etc.). They are items you typically only get once. These benefits are redeemed at the location of the business providing the membership, or otherwise according to the instructions on the card.

Bonus

Bonus benefits may include special discounts, product deals, or giveaways. However, a business may not specify when or for how long those bonuses will be available. These benefits can be communicated via SMS text with Stitch's Promote marketing tool, via email using Stitch's Mailchimp integration, or in-person on location at the business.
