Reviews are a great way for guides and travelers to give each other feedback. They also help our community understand what to expect.

<aside> 👉 Note: Our community relies on honesty and transparency. Both traveler and guide reviews are posted at the same time and can’t be edited afterward. There’s no need to worry about the other person reading your review and changing their own as a result.

The basics

  1. Once checkout is complete, we ask both travelers and guides to write a review for their recent trip together.
  2. You have to submit your review within 14 days from the time of departure.
  3. Reviews are only posted after both parties have completed their review, or its been 14-days since departing the trip.
  4. You can also leave private feedback, which will be shared once the reviews are posted.

The best reviews are helpful ones. Think about what you’d want to know before booking a trip or welcoming someone on your trip. Highlight things like:

How to respond to a review

If you disagree with a review, you can’t remove it, but you’re welcome to respond or report it if you think it violates our review policy. If you would like to respond to a review, send an email to [email protected]. Learn about how we moderate review disputes.

Group reviews

If a reservation has more than one confirmed traveler, the guide’s review is for the traveler who made the reservation.
