- Total Reviews Collected β how many customer reviews have been submitted

- Average Rating β overall customer rating for your products

Filtering & Trends
- Date Filter β select a date range (e.g. last 7 days, month, custom range) to view metrics for that time period
- Visual Graphs / Charts β see trends over time (e.g. number of reviews vs. time, changes in average rating) so you can easily detect shifts or growth
