Depending on how you prefer to work with your Storetasker Expert, you can switch between email and text in your Storetasker account settings.

By default, we set Email as your default communication method. If you would like your Expert to text you, simply add your phone number to your Storetasker account:

Here's how to switch to text messages:

  1. Log into your account at storetasker.com
  2. Click on your name in the top right hand corner
  3. Click on "edit" on the Settings page
  4. Add your phone number beneath Phone Number in your Settings
  5. Click save in the top right hand corner and you're done!

Switching back to email as your preferred communication method is just as easy.

How to make email your preferred communication method:

  1. Log into your account at storetasker.com
  2. Click on your name in the top right hand corner
  3. Click on "edit" on the Settings page
  4. Remove your phone number beneath Phone Number in your Settings
  5. Click save in the top right hand corner and you're done!
