We are excited that your apprentice has completed their 3-month apprenticeship with you! In order to release their apprenticeship certificate, follow the steps outlined below:

Step 1: Login to your Acadium account.

Step 2: Go to your chat conversation with your apprentice. There should be a reminder to complete the final review for your apprentice. Click on the link to complete the review.

If your apprenticeship is already completed, you should still be able to view all your apprentices directly from the Apprenticeship tab. Simply navigate to your dashboard and click on the circular face icon in the upper right corner and choose the gear icon for "Settings". Then, select the Apprenticeships tab.

Step 3: Click “Complete Review”.

Step 4: Review your apprentice's performance. You’ll also be asked to write a reference letter for your apprentice. Be sure to mention how they helped by citing a few specific examples. Then click “Complete”.

Step 5: There should be a prompt stating that the review had been completed. Congratulations on completing an apprenticeship!

Your apprentice will receive an email with the certificate of completion as an attachment. Here is a sample of what the certificate looks like:
