You can redeem your benefits at the physical location of the brewery providing the membership. Further instructions for redemption can be found on the description of each benefit card in your Benefits Dashboard.

Here’s how to redeem your benefits via your Benefits Dashboard:

1. Login to your Benefits Dashboard on your mobile device.
2. Select the benefit you want to redeem by tapping on it.
3. Show the following screen to the bartender or attendant. They will double-tap your screen to mark your reward as redeemed.

<aside> 💡 Note: Once a reward has been redeemed, it will be unavailable until the next redemption cycle in your membership. E.g. If you get one free drink per month and you redeem it 5 days after purchasing your membership, the “free drink” card will be unavailable for another 25 days. It will reappear when your benefits reload at the end of your membership cycle.
