Opening Before/After a Meeting

• Navigate to Zoom Desktop Client.

• Navigate to the top of Zoom and select "Apps".

• Select "#Warmly People Insights".

  

You're in!

Opening During a Meeting

• Select the "Apps" icon at the bottom of your Zoom meeting and then select "#Warmly People Insights" to launch Warmly.

Warmly will now be open on the right side of your Zoom Meeting (where the chat box normally is).

• If needed, you can open Warmly in a new window by selecting the "Open in New Window."

• Once you select this, Warmly will open in a new window, allowing you to move it around your screen as needed.
