Sometimes it turns out that a match won't work out. That is OK! You have the option to un-match from your Expert and return your project to matching. Here's how:

Once you've matched with an Expert and have decided you'd like us to match you with someone else, head to Storetasker.com and open your client dashboard.

Click on your current project and you should see your project details, current expert, and an option to change expert in the top right corner.

Select a reason for wanting a new match and tell us a little bit more about your situation so we can find you the best fit the next time around.

Once you submit, we immediately work on matching you with another Expert. Your past conversations and project details will be available to your next Expert so you can pick up right where you left off.
