Step 1: Head over to warmly.ai to get started for free.

• If we've run out of invites for the day, don't worry - we'll let you know when you can get in!

Step 2A: Sign in with your work email and follow the steps to authorize Warmly (it only takes a minute!)

Click sign in with your work email and then follow the steps to complete your onboarding.

Step 2B: If you don't see the authorize button and instead see "Request pre-approve", it's ok! Your IT Admin just needs to authorize Warmly App for Zoom. Here's more information on how they can do that.

Step 3: Upon signing in, select "Apps" at the bottom of the screen and then select "Open" for #Warmly People Insights" to launch the Warmly app.

Warmly App in Zoom will be in the same place the chat box usually is.

You can also open Warmly in a new window by selecting the "..." icon at the top right the screen and selecting "Pop Out."

Once you select this, Warmly will open in a new window, allowing you to move it where you want.
