We support payments outside of the United States.

To add your payment information, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to Stem using a desktop or laptop (unfortunately, this is not accessible from a tablet or mobile phone).
  2. Click on your avatar photo, click "View My Account", then navigate to the Payment tab.
  3. Select the currency in which you receive payments.
  4. Choose if your account is Personal (Individual) or for a Business.
  5. Provide your Contact Information. Your address is where you primarily reside (for Personal or Individual accounts) or your business is located (for Business accounts).
  6. Provide your Bank Account information. The fields available in this section are directly tied to the currency that you chose, not the country you selected as part of your Contact Information.
  7. Save!

As a reminder, all changes to Payments Settings go into effect the following month. For example, if you change your account from a Business to a Personal account on March 2, that change will go into effect for the April payment. If you make changes to your payment settings on March 31, those changes will also go into effect for the April payment.
