A. Creating a New Document from a Template

1. Go to the Document Library

2. You can scroll through the top of the list, which features our most popular documents

3. Or you can enter a term, such as “employee,” in the search bar

   • Relevant document results—with descriptions—will appear
     1. Log into your FormSwift account

4. Click the green “Create Document” button next to the document you want to create

   

Start Filling Out the Template

1. Click on the empty fields and type your answers
2. Click the green "Save & Continue" button
3. Your answers will automatically fill into the document preview (on the right)
   • This is what the document will look like once you download it
