To begin buying or selling on the Alura Market you first need to create an account.

To create an account:

1. From the Alura Market homepage, click  JOIN FOR FREE in the navigation bar.

2. Enter your email, first name, last name, username, password, confirm your password, and accept the terms of use. Click the button, CREATE ACCOUNT to complete the signup process.

Note:

• You can also join through your Facebook account.
• Your username cannot be changed once you've activated your account.

3. Congrats! You have successfully registered as a user on the Alura Market. An email will be sent to you to activate your account.

Note:

• If you do not receive the email in your inbox, check your spam filter.
• You can also click the button, RESEND CONFIRMATION INSTRUCTIONS.

4. Once you receive the Alura Market Confirmation email click the button, CONFIRM MY ADDRESS to confirm your email address.
