Slack Community Support:

You can ask questions, request features, report bugs or learn best practices from other progressive teams like yours. Our engineering and product team is highly responsive to all inquires within minutes or hours, not days. Our normal hours of operation are Monday → Friday from 9:00am → 5:00pm.

We have two ways of getting support in Slack.

  1. Through the #grain-early-access channel, where you will have been invited by your onboarding specialist. If you need access, please request by sending an email to
  2. Through a shared channel between your team's workspace and Grain's. This is the preferred support channel for teams of 5 or more. Please request a shared channel at if applicable.

Email Support: As a fail-safe to the Slack Community, you can directly email with any urgent needs or concerns.
