Payment information entered in Stem will be securely shared with a third-party payments provider, Wise, in order to get you paid in an accurate and timely manner.

Follow these steps:

  1. Log in to Stem using a desktop or laptop (unfortunately, this is not available from a tablet or mobile phone).
  2. Click on your avatar photo, click "View My Account", then navigate to the Payment tab.
  3. Select the currency in which you receive payments.
  4. Choose if your account is Personal (Individual) or for a Business.
  5. Provide your Contact Information. Your address is where you primarily reside (for Personal or Individual accounts) or where your business is located (for Business accounts).
  6. Provide your Bank Account information. The fields available in this section are directly tied to the currency that you chose, not the country you selected as part of your Contact Information.
  7. Save!

<aside> 📢 Update as of August 2020: Please note that we no longer support new PayPal accounts. If you had a PayPal account connect in Stem prior to August 2020, there will be no service disruption. However, if you'd like to update your payment information, you must switch to a bank account. All new user accounts require a bank account in order to be paid.
