This is how to cancel your Wellspent subscription:

1. Open your iPhone settings
2. Tap on your name
3. Tap Subscription
4. Tap Wellspent
5. Tap Cancel My Subscription

Please note that cancelling your subscription will prevent future automatic renewals, but you will still have access to the premium features until the end of the current subscription period.
