Naming Rules
- The majority of channels should have a prefix to match their category (like these ones mentioned here)
- A channel should be either for internal comms or automated messages, never both
- Hyphens (-) should be used for separating words (to assist with searching for channels)
- All channels must include a description, explaining what the channel is used for

Archive & Deletion Rules
- All temporary channels (e.g. projects or hiring) must be archived or deleted once the work is complete
- If in doubt, archive. A channel can always be revived
- Regularly delete channels when possible
