Some websites will not have a built in option to choose which language the content gets displayed. However, there are several methods to translate the webpages to your native language.

Google Chrome and Firefox, have built in translation options within the browser. To translate webpages to your native language:

  1. Click the 3 dots in the top right of the browser.
  2. Towards the bottom of the list of options, click “Translate”
  3. Once you click “Translate”, you can select which language you want the page to be translated to.

Microsoft Edge requires a few additional steps:

  1. Click the 3 dots in the top right of the browser
  2. Click Settings
  3. Click Languages
  4. Add your preferred language
  5. Click the 3 dots next to your preferred language and select “move to the top”
  6. When you visit a webpage, right click anywhere on the page to bring up a list of menu options
  7. Click the option that says “Translate to” to transform the webpage into your preferred language
