First of all, all of the users have to make a account in our website and they will become a standard user in our main web.. then they become eligible to be classified as student, teacher, parent, or owner or even multiple classifications but on a coaching web they can only have a single role.

Let’s think like a student registering to the Coaching website

  1. He comes to the web
  2. He filters his region
  3. Coaching in his region all shows up
  4. He select the Coaching website
  5. Checks the Home page/Intro Page of the website which includes the offerings of coaching and then registers to the coaching or just contact the coaching owner for more info.
  6. Then on the Coaching web a notification comes to him also a email that someone registered.. Owner Go through the details and accept or reject the applicant after contacting him or for any other reason and then the fee system comes manually By coaching owner. Our web won’t handle all that stuff.
  7. Then if accepted… manually allocate batch, class, and fee submitted or how much pending. The student id will be generated automatically.
  8. In all the databases the student data will be represented by the student id.

Now Let’s think like a coaching owner wants to make a website

  1. He comes to our website.
  2. Make a account and then registers his coaching…Coaching Name, Coaching address , Mobile, Gmail.
  3. Then owner is asked some images to showcase his coaching ,a square shaped logo and 2 pictures for the coaching with a slogan which will be displayed along with the logo on our main web home page. Also some text that tells all crucial info about the coaching that the owner wants to display.
  4. On our home page where all coaching are listed we can select a coaching by clicking on its card and on the card the coaching logo is displayed with the text below it which was asked before as slogan and below it there is address of coaching. after clicking on the coaching card it takes you to the page with more details and the two photos that were asked previously. There will be a link to the main web of the coaching there.
  5. After going on coaching web he gets the home page and all other functionality and now the coaching we is made just by entering some images and text to the home page and about page.
  6. Then He gets the data handling page where he can make batches allot students to it or remove student.
