How Lowdown decides what to include

Lowdown takes a variety of factors into account, trying where possible to filter out any replies and instead share the best conversation-starting messages. Here are a few of the things we look for:

• Popularity. Posts with the most emoji reactions and replies.
• Importance. Posts with signals of being important.
• Links. Posts which share interesting links.
• Images. Posts which share images.
