My Approach

Onboarding Process

Purpose: Align on goals, scope, and timeline, and get everything in place before work begins.

How it works:

1. Discovery Call: You book a call via our website, and we discuss your project, goals, and needs.
2. Proposal & Recommendation: We send a proposal outlining the best way to work together.
3. Contract + Deposit: You sign the contract and pay the deposit to book your start date.
4. Kickoff + Realignment
   • We realign on scope, deliverables, IA (information architecture), and success metrics.
   • All content for the site is required upfront.
   • If you need help with copywriting or graphic design, this is billed separately unless otherwise stated.
5. Asset Collection: You provide all brand files, images, copy, and login access needed to proceed.

Design Phase

• Begins once content and assets are fully received.
• If content/assets are still missing, the project will be paused until received and we’ll rework the timeline based on my availability.
• You get 2 rounds of review unless otherwise stated.
• Additional design rounds are billed hourly.

Development Phase

• Once design is approved, we’ll build the site using:
  • Next.js
  • Tailwind CSS
  • TypeScript
  • Shopify API (for ecommerce)
  • Sanity (for CMS)
