Chalmers maintains a limited stock of single-household accommodations which can be offered to newly hired international employees to facilitate their initial housing needs. In Sweden, there are 2 types of lease/rental contract.

We recommend that you quickly register in queues for all “first-hand” contracts. (You may need a Personal Number and Bank ID)

IMPORTANT: It is mandatory to take a Housing Insurance. Remember to update it every time you change apartment.
