House of Dofrane, a creative studio specializing in video and photo production for real estate and branding clients, faced growing operational complexity as project volume increased. Managing shoots, revisions, and client deliverables across multiple tools created confusion and delayed turnarounds. The studio needed a centralized system to manage pre-production workflows, track assets, and improve coordination between creative, editing, and delivery teams.
I developed a custom project management system designed specifically for creative operations. The system automated key workflows, project tracking, task assignments, and content delivery, and integrated with Make.com to eliminate redundant updates.
The system replaced multiple disconnected tools with a single streamlined platform, cutting administrative time and improving project visibility. Turnaround times decreased, creative teams stayed aligned, and the studio gained real-time insight into all active projects. The new workflow system strengthened House of Dofrane’s ability to scale while maintaining its high creative standards.
