During your stay

House Rules

Below is a summary of the basic terms and conditions for your stay:

  1. NO PARTIES, EVENTS OR GATHERINGS. This is a residential community. Please respect quiet hours from 9pm-8am. We use a decibel-monitoring device from NoiseAware to ensure compliance (100% privacy-compliant).
  2. NO SMOKING OR VAPING. In the property (including balconies / patios, if applicable), in the building, or the building's outside amenities. We may use smart sensors that will send us a notification if tobacco or marijuana smoke is detected.
  3. NO PETS. However, service animals as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) are accepted if you notify us at time of booking. It is not permitted to leave a service animal unattended in the accommodation, as the animal must be under the handler's control at all times.
  4. GOVERNMENT ID. A copy of a government-issued ID (e.g. driving license or passport) is required for all adult guests that will be staying with us and must be received within 48 hours of booking and prior to arrival.
  5. BACKGROUND CHECK. For the safety of other guests and residents, all occupants consent to a background check from consumer or criminal record reporting agencies for the purpose of evaluating the booking (these checks may include civil and criminal information, records of arrest and rental history). This will not impact your credit score.
  6. ADDITIONAL FEES. If you break or damage something, smoke in the apartment, lose items (such as keys, fobs or parking passes), forget something that we need to mail back to you, or check out late, we have the right to charge you additional fees to make things right for the next guest.
  7. CHECK-IN IS FROM 3PM AND CHECK-OUT BY 11AM. On rare occasions we may be able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, but this requires written permission from Lodgeur, and can usually only be confirmed on the day of arrival / departure.
  8. OCCUPANCY LIMITS. Occupancy is limited to two persons per bedroom (i.e. two persons for a 1-bedroom unit, for a 2-bedroom unit). Babies under the age of 2 are not included in this count. Guests may only sleep on the beds for hygiene reasons.
  9. SPECIAL REQUESTS, BABIES. Should you have any special requests, please inform us at the time of booking. If you need a pack ‘n’ play travel crib or highchair (free of charge), please contact us to arrange and confirm. Note, however, there may be insufficient room some bedrooms to place a crib (we will let you know based on the Unit).
