These rules are designed to ensure fire safety, guest safety, and a comfortable stay for all visitors. By booking, guests acknowledge that they have read and agree to follow these House Rules.

🍳 Kitchen & Cooking

• We kindly ask that you avoid cooking strong-smelling dishes such as fried foods or pork belly, as strong odors or stains may require additional cleaning and affect the next guest’s comfort.
• Please ensure the induction stove is turned off after use.
• Be cautious: the stove surface remains hot for some time after cooking.

🚽 Bathroom / Toilet

• For proper use, please flush only toilet paper. Do not dispose of food waste, wet wipes, or feminine products in the toilet.
• To prevent clogs, we recommend intermittent flushing if necessary.
• Please note: a repair fee of ₩200,000 may apply if the toilet is clogged due to misuse.

🧴 Towels / Laundry

• Towels are provided at 2 per person per night. For longer stays, we appreciate your understanding in washing and reusing towels.

❌ Safety & Prohibited Items

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the building.

  (A cleaning fee of ₩200,000 and reimbursement for the next guest’s stay may apply if smoking is detected.)

• A designated smoking area is available outdoors on the ground floor.

• Candles, torches, or any other open-flame or heat-generating devices are not allowed for safety reasons.

🧹 Checkout

• Please separate and dispose of all trash before departure.
• Kindly wash any dishes or kitchenware used during your stay.
