After onboarding, you should have received your LORA Dashboard email and password. You can change you password on the log in screen. If you require more admin accounts, please contact your LORA sales representative.

Host accounts can be created for your live show hosts or KOLs. These accounts are created through the dashboard, but used to sign into the host app. This is to ensure that your external influencers hosting the live shows will not see any sensitive information you might have on the dashboard

To create a host account:

Provide the Email and Password credentials to your host to log into the host app. If they have forgotten the password, you can set a new password for the host in the Users Management screen of the Dashboard.
