Every employee receives 33 days of annual leave each calendar year, including UK bank and US federal holidays. We allow everyone to opt out of bank/federal holidays as we know not everyone celebrates them.
Taking your annual leave is incredibly important to us and we want you to take time out from work to relax, recharge, and unwind. We allow five days of annual leave to be rolled over each year.
We are committed to fostering a culture of learning, growth and development, so we offer all employees 5 working days per year to spend on study leave.
If you're feeling unwell in any way, whether that’s physically or mentally, we will try to support you as best as we can. We do not take sick leave from your annual leave allowance.
