This timeline primarily applies to our major festivals - Ability Fest, Beyond The Valley, Wildlands, and Pitch Music & Arts. For ad hoc single day events, a similar process is followed, but condensed to reflect a shorter lead time.

💫 Hiring Timeline (for both staff and volunteers) 💫

• Applications Open: 2-16 weeks before the event
• Screening & Interview Period: 3-8 weeks before the event
• Offers Sent: 2-6 weeks before the event
• Onboarding Starts: 2-4 weeks before the event
• Rosters Sent: at least 2 weeks before the event

💃 Event Live! 💃

• Feedback Form + Debrief Opportunity Sent: 1 week after event
• Payroll Processed (staff only): within 14 days after the event, measured from the final day of the event
