Job Description

We're looking for an experienced partnerships development rep to lead our growth in sourcing and building relationships with companies that are looking to hire the best entry level marketing talent in the country.

As SkillBank's first partnerships development rep, you will be a core member of our growing team and will be developing our go-to-market strategy for fellow placements and partnership companies.

  1. Be the voice of our hiring partner's needs throughout the company and use your expertise to develop new go-to-market ideas.
  2. Build, manage, and develop strong new relationships with hiring companies and drive them to consider SkillBank fellows for open headcount.
  3. Drive up-selling with partners through external events, relationship building, and new product development.
