Mission

Ship the Rails Pack and Registry that make safe AI the default.

Rails Pack = a tiny toolkit (CLI + CI check + PDF maker) that adds four verifiable controls to any AI repo:
- Attestation — prove what model/build/flags ran
- Proof-of-pause — externally verifiable halt
- Hash-log — append-only, tamper-evident decisions
- Appeal — a real path to relief for people affected
Registry = a simple verify page + browser badge that shows those proofs live.

Build a CLI that validates ValueCard.yaml and appends to the hash-log (line-chained with SHA-256).
Write a GitHub Action (CI) that blocks merges when the rails are missing or invalid.
Stand up the Registry MVP: tiny web verify page + badge that shows OK/TAMPER and pause status.
Wire a minimal proof-of-pause (staging): flip a flag → status = PAUSED; log advances; resume via two-keys.
