Post a job as HR (5 minutes)

This shows the full loop: create a job, get an apply link, run an interview, see the candidate card.

1. Open the Jobs database
2. Click New to add a row
3. Fill in: Role title, Required skills, Salary min, Salary max, set Match threshold to 40
4. Set Status → Published
5. Wait 20–30 seconds — the Apply link column fills automatically
6. Click the apply link and go through the interview
7. Open the Candidates database — your scored card is there

Try this: After step 4, go back and change the Required skills on your job page. Click the apply link again. The AI now asks about the updated skills — no redeploy, no config change. That is Notion MCP as a live config layer.
