First, read through the onboarding packet and make sure your question is not already answered.
Make sure you're part of the Generation She Community Discord. You can ask your questions there. All leaders are part of this server, so if you need advice on how to run your club chapter, this is the place to ask!
If you still need help, please email [email protected].
If your friend is interested in starting a Generation She chapter, please have them check out the Chapters page on our website for the most up-to-date information. There, they can learn more about the responsibilities of a leader and find the instructions for starting a chapter, along with the application itself!
If your chapter revolves around the school community, it is important that you are officially registered with your school. Please read over the What Sets the Generation She Chapters Program Apart in this onboarding packet for guidance on how to navigate the approval process.
If you are still unable to get approved, we unfortunately cannot support you as a chapter.
Nope! There are no expenses associated with starting a chapter so there is no need to account for a budget.
When you are officially registered in your school and have established your team, members, and first event, then you can submit an application to us to be featured on our website and get access to our workshops and curriculum. These resources can range from meeting ideas, recordings of speaker series, professional skill building workshops, and so much more!
You can also use your nonprofit legal status attached below to qualify for sponsorships and grants to fund your chapter.
Please refer to our website’s chapters page for all the details and steps you need to take before you can register with us. For a preview of all the requirements you need to tick off, here is the link to the application.
