- [ ]  16 oz (1 container) of cottage cheese
 
- [ ]  1 lb of breakfast sausage (or meat of choice)
 
HOW TO:
- Preheat oven to 425
 
- Brown meat in a separate pan
 
- Whisk 12 eggs
 
- Add cottage cheese and whisk to combine
 
- Line a 9 x 12 pan with parchment paper (or a muffin tin)
 
- Bake for 22-25 minutes
