Who we are looking for
A driven, relationship-focused seller who understands marketing/PR and can confidently speak to CMOs, founders, and marketing leaders. You have established relationships with CMOs, CEOs and Marketing Executives. You’re comfortable prospecting, nurturing warm leads, and moving conversations to signed retainers.
Our ideal clients are
- Immersive and location-based experiences (museums, attractions, themed venues, ticketed experiences)
- Consumer brands (CPG, food & bev, wellness, beauty, DTC)
List of responsibilities
- Identify and qualify prospective clients that fit our ICP (immersive experiences and consumer brands with >$3M revenue).
- Set and run intro/discovery calls, clearly articulating Jive’s services across PR, influencer marketing, social, and thought leadership.
- Work closely with leadership to scope opportunities and support proposal creation.
- Manage prospects through the full sales cycle—from first contact, having the VP help sign.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in Go High Level and provide concise pipeline updates.
You might be a fit if:
- You’ve sold marketing, PR, creative, or Social Media services before (agency or adjacent preferred).
- You understand how brands think about PR, influencer marketing, and social media.
- You enjoy working with “cult brand” potential—companies that want to be household names, not just run campaigns.
- You’re organized, proactive, and comfortable owning your own pipeline.
