YOUNG VISIONS is a young collective for blossoming talented artists. We combine digital content and physical events to support, protect and collect culture from all over the world. We envision being a leading not-just-for-profit community able to support artists and their work whilst contributing to critical social causes.

🥷🏽 IT & website

YV aims to expand its digital outreach through social media and its website (which has been done using WordPress). For this, we specifically need a person who can take the lead of the digital growth of YV and is able to adapt the website according to different needs and circumstances. You don’t need specific art-related knowledge forehand, we just want you to be curious and have initiative. For this position, you will need:

• previous experience in using WordPress and coding,
• engagement in putting your knowledge into action,
• will to be a crucial part of our team and have initiative,
• curiosity towards the art world

We aim to find a balance between work, studies, and other activities that works for all. For this reason, the next bullet point is crucial.
• Communication and openness: being honest about what works and what doesn’t, what can be changed or can be bettered is at the core of this collective. Non-violent and constructive communication is key. How to effectively do this, will be communicated to you!
