I first came across this brand on Twitter in 2021, the pandemic had just ended and I saw nice spaghetti pictures on the business owner's fleets and I'll comment on them but one day I decided to check their Twitter page and I discovered their logo wasn't representing them well and I offered to solve that problem by creating a cohesive brand system for them and they agreed
The logo inspired by the fork use in eating spaghetti, fused with the letter 'B'. The color choice and typography is chosen to position the brand as a friendly one.
Rola is a bespoke fashion brand, focused on serving females quality and good clothing. I was contacted to create a brand identity for the brand.
The goal was to create an abstract mark while retaining a feminine vibe, this strategy also guided choosing the brand color.
The typeface was chosen to have a classy persona and communicate that feminine vibe, and the annotation mark was added to tie the name back to the Yoruba tribe from Nigeria which is where the name originated.
Vision and Language Learning Laboratory, University of Virginia (Vislang) contacted me through one of their leads to create a logo for their laboratory group. The brief was to pick elements from their former logo which was biased towards the vision aspect and add an element to balance and create inclusion for the language aspect of their research.
Natural language processing deal majorly with communication and what more to represent that than a callout icon.
The typeface and color choice was to position them as the intelligent set of people that they already are.
I decided to include this under identity design because creating a product packaging is also like creating an Identity.
Garri is a local product in Nigeria, I was contacted to create a packaging for a brand of Garri made directly from the farm.
During my research, I found out that most Garri brands look almost the same and I wanted this brand to stand out so I explored the farm factor extensively and created icons to match the packaging. This project really makes me want to do more product packaging because I enjoyed the process.
