One of the most valuable lessons came from here — how to take an idea from paper to execution.

• Forged grassroot partnerships with gyms, clubs & institutions — many didn’t work at first, but the insights did.

Closing Thought

Some projects succeeded. Some didn’t. But every one of them added a piece to the builder I’m becoming — someone who learns fast, experiments often, and keeps showing up.
