Entry-level Customer Service and Marketing

👋🏼 Hi, I'm Zoë, and I'm an enthusiastic learner and avid reader. Ever since I was young I have been fascinated by anything I didn't understand. I have always wanted to know the why behind everything. In high school, chemistry was my favorite science because it showed you exactly why chemical reactions worked.

My first job was a Barnes and Noble and I learned how a company works and how to work with customers. I am very creative and have a great imagination. My love of reading has helped me learn new things.

I love to solve problems and help people. I've had to solve many problems at Barnes and Noble when a book couldn't be found or when there was an unhappy customer. I like to improve things so they run more smoothly.

If you're looking for someone that is good with people and loves problem-solving I'm your girl!
