🔥 My passions
- My Faith: I’m a passionate follower of Jesus Christ, and love talking about it! So much so that when I graduated high school I went to college for Christian Theology and graduated with a B.Th (graduated with honours).
- Family: I’m a small town girl with a big family. I have four sisters, and a brother, and now have several nieces. I’m close with my family and prioritize staying in touch and showing up for holidays and special events, as well as taking care of each other when we need it. It’s important to me that whoever I date recognizes and supports this priority, and I look forward to getting to know and love their family as well.
- Learning: I love learning new things - whether that’s through listening to podcasts, taking classes, or trying out new hobbies. (Some recent ones have been pickleball, vocal lessons, figure skating, line dancing, and an acrylic painting class) 🤓
- Reading: Give me a good story, a cozy corner, and a cup of coffee and I’m happy girl! Even better if it includes a rainy fall day, an oversized sweater, and a candle. 📚
- Dancing: Catch me line dancing pretty much every week, and keeping wedding dance parties going long into the night. 💃🏻
- Having A Good Sense of Humour (and being kind and generous) In All Circumstances : I get it - sometimes life sucks, things don’t go your way, and people can be the worst. But staying positive, kind, and having the ability to find the humour and laugh even in the midst of disappointment or frustration is important to me. If you’re able to balance taking serious things seriously with making jokes at the craziness of life, and facing each person you meet with generosity and kindness even when they’re frustrating you - then we’ll be a great fit. 😊

👀 Fun facts about me!
- Food: I, along with all of my biological siblings, have an autoimmune condition called Celiac Disease (a severe reaction to eating gluten). This means my life is strictly gluten free. Thankfully this can still be delicious, and I love trying out new gluten free recipes, and dream of mastering a gluten free loaf of bread. 🍞
- Music: My music taste is wide ranging from musical scores (don’t even get me started on Titans Spirit from Remember the Titans!), pop country, jazz, alt rock, and 80s pop/retro pop. 🎶
- Pets: two cats, Artemis and Hermione. I love them with my whole heart 😻
- Hobbies: Reading, ice skating, line dancing, pickleball, painting/sketching, neighbourhood strolls, and admiring a good sunset. (Oh, and going on passionate rants about how important in person relationships are, and how much being online has disrupted the goodness of life 😅)
